Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by A Soft Return, including psychic readings, psychic healing, sound and frequency healing sessions, and other intuitive, energetic or spiritual services offered from time to time.

By booking a session with A Soft Return, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

A Soft Return provides intuitive, psychic, energetic, sound and frequency-based services intended to support personal reflection, awareness, relaxation, wellbeing and connection with your own inner guidance.

Psychic readings may include intuitive impressions, clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaudient or claircognisant information and other information perceived during the session.

Psychic healing may include intuitive energetic assessment and energy-based practices intended to support relaxation, reflection and personal wellbeing.

Sound and frequency healing may include the use of sound, tone, vibration, instruments and frequency-based practices intended to support relaxation, energetic awareness, reflection and wellbeing.

These services are complementary in nature and are not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice or treatment.

No particular result or outcome from a psychic reading, psychic healing, or sound and frequency healing session is promised or guaranteed.

2. Psychic Information

Psychic information is intuitive and interpretive by nature.

Information received during a psychic reading or other intuitive component of a session should be considered alongside your own judgment, circumstances and free will.

You remain responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a session.

A Soft Return does not represent psychic readings as fixed predictions of future events.

3. Psychic Healing

Psychic healing is an intuitive and energetic practice intended to support relaxation, awareness, reflection, energetic balance and personal wellbeing.

The term healing describes the nature and intention of the energetic practice and does not mean that A Soft Return diagnoses, treats or cures medical or psychological conditions.

Individual experiences vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

4. Sound & Frequency Healing

Sound and frequency healing may include the use of sound, tone, vibration, instruments and frequency-based practices.

These sessions are intended to support relaxation, energetic awareness, reflection and personal wellbeing.

Sound and frequency healing is offered as a complementary wellbeing practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions.

Individual responses to sound and vibration vary, and no particular physical, emotional, energetic or therapeutic result is guaranteed.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a sound sensitivity, hearing-related concern, implanted medical device or any other condition that may be relevant to participation, you are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice and let A Soft Return know before your session where relevant.

5. Remote and In-Person Sessions

Services may be provided:

• in person;

• live online, including through Google Meet or another agreed platform; or

• remotely through an agreed recorded or distance service where suitable for the service booked.

Not every service will necessarily be available in every format.

The intuitive, energetic, sound or frequency-based nature of a service does not guarantee that every client will experience or perceive the session in the same way.

For online appointments, clients are responsible for having an appropriate internet connection, device and private environment for their session.

6. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once the required payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices displayed on the A Soft Return website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

A Soft Return reserves the right to amend service prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect appointments already booked and paid for.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable or subject to a rescheduling fee, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law or where A Soft Return agrees otherwise due to exceptional circumstances.

If A Soft Return needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or refund.

8. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time so subsequent appointments are not affected.

Where possible, A Soft Return will make reasonable efforts to accommodate minor delays.

9. Session Recordings

Where a service includes a voice or video recording, or where a live session is recorded at the client’s request, the client will be informed and consent will be obtained before recording begins.

Recordings are created for the individual client’s personal use and will not be published, shared publicly or used for promotional purposes by A Soft Return without separate permission.

Clients may retain their own copy of a recording.

A Soft Return may delete its copy once the recording has been successfully provided to the client, unless it is reasonably necessary to retain it for business, legal, insurance or record-keeping purposes.

Clients are asked not to commercially reproduce, alter or represent A Soft Return recordings as the work of another person without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Personal information and information shared during psychic readings, psychic healing, sound and frequency healing, or other sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to the A Soft Return Privacy Policy and any circumstances in which disclosure is required or permitted by law.

11. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether a service is appropriate for you.

If you are experiencing physical or psychological symptoms requiring professional assessment or treatment, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified health professional.

A Soft Return does not advise clients to discontinue medical treatment, medication, psychological treatment or other professional care.

You are encouraged to tell A Soft Return before a sound and frequency healing session if there is anything relevant to your comfort or safe participation.

12. Age

Services are generally intended for people aged 18 years and over.

Sessions for a person under 18 will only be provided where considered appropriate and with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, written material, session resources, recordings created by A Soft Return, branding and other original materials remain the intellectual property of A Soft Return.

They may be used for personal purposes but may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Clients retain all consumer rights and remedies available under applicable Australian law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
