To protect client privacy, all published testimonials will use first name only. Surnames and other identifying personal information will not be published.

A Soft Return may make minor edits to a testimonial for spelling, grammar or length but will not materially change the meaning of a client’s feedback without permission.

Providing a testimonial is entirely optional and has no effect on a client’s access to services.

Marketing

Personal or sensitive information will not be used for marketing in a way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy legislation.
