Cancellation & Refund Policy

A Soft Return

A Soft Return understands that plans sometimes change.

This policy applies to psychic readings, psychic healing, sound and frequency healing sessions, and other services booked through A Soft Return.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Where more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, you may reschedule your appointment or request a refund where appropriate.

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the appointment fee may be retained due to the appointment time having been reserved specifically for you.

A Soft Return may use discretion where unexpected or exceptional circumstances arise.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and have not contacted A Soft Return beforehand, the session will generally be considered a missed appointment and the fee may be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time so subsequent appointments are not affected.

Distant or Recorded Services

Once work on an individually prepared distant or recorded service has commenced, cancellation or change-of-mind refunds may not ordinarily be available.

This does not affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

If A Soft Return Cancels

If A Soft Return needs to cancel your session, you will be offered either:

• an alternative appointment; or

• a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
